My Team, Netty’s Inkers, had a meetup last week and we did swaps based on a sketch by Create with Connie and Mary, shown above. We have done a couple of these sketch challenges now and everyone seems to enjoy them. It’s so much fun to see what everyone comes up with.
My card uses the Friendly Silhouette Dies, a greeting from the Timeless Tulips Stamp Set, the Painted Poppy Dies, Circle Punch and the Old World Paper 3D Embossing Folder.
Colours are Seaside Spray, Misty Moonlight, Bumble Bee and White.
Deb went for a vintage look with the Rooted In Nature Stamp set and the coordinating Natures Roots Dies. Colours are Crumb Cake, Early Espresso and Black and she has finished off with a light sponging of the edges to soften the look.
Karen has used the greeting from the Waterfront Stamp Set, Painted Poppy Dies, the Subtle, Scripty and Lace 3D Embossing Folders Her colours are Pool Party, Pacific Point and White, finished off with rhinestones.
Anne has used the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper, Layering Circles Dies. Colours are Very Vanilla, Mossy Meadow, Rococo Rose and Black, finished off with some Champagne Rhinestones.
Vicki has used Seaside Spray, Terracotta Tile, Woven Threads DSP with the Woven Heirlooms Stamp Set and the Classic Label punch.
I think we have done an amazing job. We’ve used a wide range of products , different takes on the sketch and produced cards for a variety of occasions.
If you are interested in joining my team, you will find more information here. We would love to have you join us.

Welcome to this month’s Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring the theme Happy Birthday. I am excited to share another project with you today. Fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe are participating, so we have lots of fun projects to share with you. I hope you get loads of creative inspiration from them. You may have started here, or arrived from the talented Maureen Rauchfuss’s blog. Wasn’t her project amazing? Either way, you’re in the right place!
When deciding what I would create for this blog hop, I wanted to use some new products from the 2020 Annual Catalogue. However, as yet I haven’t purchased a great deal of new goodies, apart from the new In-Colors and some of the World of Good Suite products. I love the colours in this suite and the Bronze Foil gives it a real POP! So, it was a no-brainer, I had to use products from this suite, so it would have to be a masculine card. Then, I stumbled across a fancy card fold I hadn’t heard of before, a Rectangle Rocker, so I thought I’d give it a go. And since I used the Memories and More Card pack, the only thing I needed to stamp was the greeting. Even the little triangles at the top and bottom of the frame are stickers from the M&M Card pack.
World of Good – Rectangle Rocker Card
Are you ready for the magic?…..Tadah! This is what you see when you open it.
It’s like a floating panel.
Here’s a pic of the mechanism. I will try to find the source and post a link to instructions in the next few days.
I hope my card inspires you. I have listed all supplies below. Please add a comment and let me know what you liked about it before clicking the next image to hop to Cindy Pratt’s blog in the United States to see what fun ideas she has to share.
Thanks for hopping with us.
