Welcome to this month’s Blog Hop by Let’s Craft Together and thank you for joining us. We are a group of multi-cultural Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators in Australia who have developed a strong friendship though our love of stamping and our admiration of each other’s style of crafting.
Each month one of us sets a challenge that we use for the blog hop. This month’s challenge is an In Color Challenge which was created by Cheryl Hurst and is shown below:
I wasn’t sure how to approach this challenge but once I realised that I had this DSP, which contains all the new In Colors, I knew what to do – let the lovely paper do all the work. So This is what I came up with.
Embellishments: – 2025-2027 In Color Flat Pearls, White 1/4″ (6mm) ribbon

Each month one of us sets a challenge that we use for the blog hop. This month’s challenge is a Sketch Challenge which was created by Maheswari Rajaguru and is shown below:
I loved the look of the sketch and was tempted to use blues but decided on Peach Pie as my primary colour. It teams beautifully with Calypso Coral. i added black elements to create contrast. I thought there was too much space in the DSP, so I used the 3d embossing folder to add texture to the DSP and card front.

It goes live for customers TODAY, however, demonstrators are able to preorder products in August (just one of our perks!).
I wanted to use my new Stampin Santa Stamp Set because Christmas is beach time in Australia. I chose to CASE the scrapbook page shown on page 55 of the catalogue:

Each month one of us sets a challenge that we use for the blog hop. This month’s challenge is a Tic Tac Toe Challenge which was created by Carolina Evans and is shown below:
I chose the vertical line down the middle- Masculine, Favourite Stamp Set, Fun Fold. Although this may not be my favourite stamp set, I do love it and this is the first time I have used it and I’m very happy with the way it turned out. I think it is a perfect masculine card. The fold is called an Envelope Flap card. The edge of the DSP flap tucks in behind the white circle die cut.

Each month one of us sets a challenge that we use for the blog hop. This month’s challenge is a Water Colouring Challenge which was created by Julia Quinn and is shown below:
I chose to use the Lovely & Sweet Bundle because I thought it lent itself to watercolouring and I went for an emboss resist technique. I decided to use Wild Wheat for the fruit and the rest of the colour scheme came from that.
Embellishments: Basic Stampin’ Emboss Powder, Natural Wavy Trim (retiring soon)
*The Lovely & Sweet stamp set and Dies are currently available as a bundle, with a discount of 10% (until 30 April 2024, when the January-April Mini comes to an end- they will be available in the 2024-24 Annual catalogue).
