Welcome back to my blog on this lovely sunny winter afternoon. I wanted to share the card I created for my Netty’s Inkers meeting this month.

I led a mystery project based on a technique using acetate and foil to create a stained glass effect. I thought it would be lend itself to the double point fold and I was very happy with the result.

The Double Point Fold is so easy to achieve, you simply fold down the top corners of a square piece of DSP and Stick the bottom/top under the inside panel. This card then has only one end of the tag attached, so that the greeting operates as a tuck closure, but the label could also be stuck down at both ends.

Isn’t is pretty? The image was stamped in Stazon ink on acetate, then coloured with blends. It was then adhered to some aluminium foil and cut out.
