Paper crafting Blog Hop – October 2023 – Ribbon

PaperCraftingBlogHopBadge

Welcome to this month’s Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring the theme Ribbon.  I am excited to share another project with you today.  Fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe are participating, so we have lots of fun projects to share with you. I hope you get loads of creative inspiration from them. You may have started here, or arrived from the talented Tracy Held’s blog.  Wasn’t her project amazing? Either way, you’re in the right place!

I love this gorgeous ribbon from the September – December Mini Catalogue and I wanted to make it the star of the card, so I created a triple loop bow. I have to say it took a little while but I was pleased with it in the end! What do you think?

Here’s a close up of the bow!

Let’s Craft Together Blog Hop – October – 2023 – Colour Challenge

Welcome to this month’s Blog Hop by Let’s Craft Together and thank you for joining us. We are a group of multi-cultural Stampin’ Up!® demonstrators in Australia who have developed a strong friendship though our love of stamping and our admiration of each other’s style of crafting.

Each month one of us sets a challenge that we use for the blog hop. This month’s challenge is a Colour Challenge which was created by xxxxxxxxxxxx and is shown below:

LCTColourChallengeOctober2023

I love all of the colours in the challenge but wanted to limit myself, so I stuck to Berry burst, Fresh Freesia and Lemon Lolly.

And this is what I came up with.

I chose to use the beautiful foiled DSP, so Navy Card was essential, followed by more gold. I decided to use the More Wishes stamp set for a bit of fun.
