Welcome to this month’s Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring products from the January – April 2023 Mini Catalogue. I am excited to share another project with you today. Fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe are participating, so we have lots of fun projects to share with you. I hope you get loads of creative inspiration from them. You may have started here, or arrived from the previous blog. Wasn’t Tracy’s project amazing? Either way, you’re in the right place!
I chose to use the Best Day stamp set which is from the January – April 2023 Mini Catalogue. I think it is a really cute set and I paired it with the Dandy Designs DSP, (a mega 48 sheet pack) available to choose FREE during the SaleABration promotion. I chose to create a Side Step card as I thought I could bring the elements in the stamp set together and showcase that cute cat. In the end, I used all of the stamps in the set except for one.
Thanks for hopping with us. Be sure to click through to each stop on the hop. And we love to get your comments, so if you are inspired by our creations, please leave a comment.
That’s it for now,
Til next time,

My card is a type of Joy Fold Card. I started with the DSP and drew the colours from that. This is my go -to way to select colour combinations. The pin wheel shapes in the DSP also provided handy embellishments after I fussy cut them.

It wasn’t hard for me to decide what products to use. The New Horizon DSP and the On the Horizon stamp set are just perfect. I like a sympathy card to be fairly simple and this paper probably has more colour than I would normally use but the mood is spot on.
SUPPLIES:
Stamps: – On the Horizon, Peaceful Moments
Inks: – Memento Black, Old Olive,
Card: – Basic White, Old Olive, New Horizon DSP, Vellum
