Paper Crafting Blog Hop – July 2025 – Birthday

PaperCraftingBlogHopBadge

Welcome to this month’s Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring the theme Birthday.  I am excited to share another project with you today.  Fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe are participating, so we have lots of fun projects to share with you. I hope you get loads of creative inspiration from them. You may have started here, or arrived from the talented Tracy Held’s blog.  Wasn’t her project amazing? Either way, you’re in the right place!

I chose to use the Pretty Florals Bundle and the gorgeous Florals In Bloom DSP. There is so much to love in this suite! I paired the hyacinth stamp from the set with one of my all-time fav colours, Strawberry Slush. I coloured the greeting with an old Wink of Stella Brush and the ink from my ink pads. The colouring looked fine before I made the close up and you can see where I went out of the lines!

Stamps: – * Pretty Florals

Inks: –  Coastal Cabana, Old Olive, Pretty-in-Pink, Secret Sea, Strawberry Slush, Memento Tuxedo Black

Card: – Strawberry Slush, Basic White, Florals In Bloom DSP, Greetings For All Mix & Match Ephemera Pack

Tools: –  *Pretty Florals Dies, Wink of Stella Brush

Embellishments: – 2025-2027 Incolor Flat Pearls, Bakers Twine Essentials Pack

  • These stamps and dies are available as a bundle with 10% discount during the life of the annual catalogue.

Paper Crafting Blog Hop – May 2025 – New Products

PaperCraftingBlogHopBadge

Welcome to this month’s Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring the theme New Products.  I am excited to share another project with you today.  Fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe are participating, so we have lots of fun projects to share with you. I hope you get loads of creative inspiration from them. You may have started here, or arrived from the talented Terri Stewart’s blog.  Wasn’t her project amazing? Either way, you’re in the right place!

The pics above show the front and back of the card. I wanted to use this new stamp set which is in the 2025-2026 Annual Catalogue. I thought creating a side step card would be a good way to show the features of the stamp. I also thought that the new InColor, Timid Tiger, might be a good choice. When I think of tigers, I think of black stripes, so I was wondering how to introduce these when I had an idea. So I decided to use the new Mini Corrugated Embossing folder and then swiped the strips of card with the Memento Black Ink. I still needed some colour so I thought “foliage” – tigers hide while assessing their prey. So I needed to add in some camouflage. I thought he looked rather regal laying there so I selected the greeting accordingly. Finally, I gave him a dazzling eye.

Stamps: – Along These Lines, Gallery Blooms, Textured Notes  (New OE)*

Inks: – Memento Tuxedo Black

Card: – Timid Tiger, Basic Black, Basic White

Tools: – Mini Corrugated Embossing Folder (New OE)*, Impressions Abloom

                Dies  (New OE*)

Embellishments: – Metallic Gems

  • OE – Online Exclusive product

I hope you are inspired by my card. I’d love to know what you think. I had fun creating it. Make sure you hop all the way around and see the inspiration that everyone has shared, and don’t forget to leave a comment. We all love to get comments on our projects.

That’s it from me, Bye for now,

Paper Crafting Blog Hop – April 2025 – Last Chance List

PaperCraftingBlogHopBadge

Welcome to this month’s Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring the Last Chance List.

I chose to use the Quiet Reflections Stamp Set which was part of the Online Exclusives collection but was added to the Last Chance list (with a 50% discount, so I couldn’t resist!). I think it is a beautiful stamp set. It is a Distinktive set which means it has special texture which gives it extra depth and dimension. The image of the trees reflecting on the water makes it a lovely set for sending messages of sympathy and love.

I inked up the top of the stamp with stamp with Pebbled Path and the bottom with Azure Afternoon. I then used a sponge dauber to apply Mossy meadow ink to the middle, I love the way it turned out.

Stamps: – Quiet Reflections* (Last Chance)

Inks: –  Pebbled Path* (Last Chance), Azure Afternoon, Mossy Meadow

Card: – Mossy Meadow, Pebbled Path* (Last Chance), Basic White, Take to the Sky DSP* (Last Chance)

Tools: –  Dashing Designs 3D Embossing Folder* (Last chance), Something Fancy Dies* (Last Chance)

Embellishments: – Adhesive Backed Metallic Gems

I hope you are inspired by my card. I’d love to know what you think. Make sure you hop all the way around and see the inspiration that everyone has shared, and don’t forget to leave a comment. We all love to get comments on our projects.

Thanks for hopping by.

Til next time,
