Welcome to this month’s Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring products retiring from current SU Catalogues. I am excited to share another project with you today. Fellow Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe are participating, so we have lots of fun projects to share with you. I hope you get loads of creative inspiration from them. You may have started here, or arrived from the talented Tracy Held’s blog. Wasn’t her project amazing? Either way, you’re in the right place!
I chose to use the Eden’s Garden Stamp Set and the coordinating Eden Dies which will be retiring with the 2022-23 Annual Catalogue

I wanted to make a card for a friend who had a birthday this week and I know she likes bright colours. I started with the DSP. Then I decided to create a Pinwheel Tower card. One of my team led us in making these last month. I had the idea of doing the silhouette look because the DSP is bright on one side but black and white on the other. The rest of the supplies and styling just evolved as I went.

Here’s a list of hoppers in case you get off the trail:

This is just striking and gorgeous! Your friend was lucky to get this card!
Thanks Shirley, I think she liked it.
The pinwheel design is fabulous with the colors you used! I love it!
Love this project! Great use of bright colors with the white and black. Thanks for sharing!
Super clever with the black and the amazing bright colours! And I love the pinwheel card – it’s a party in a card with unlimited options!
Thanks so much Julia.
I love your pinwheel card! I, too, was inspired by Julia last month. Very fun card.
Thanks Susan
Such a bright, happy colour combination. Beautiful card!
Thanks Tracy, glad you like it.
Such a fun and bright card. Got to try this layout soon as well. I am sure your friend will love it.
Thanks Krissi. I hope so. These cards are not difficult, but they take a bit of planning as there are 8 panels to decorate.
So fun – I’ve been wanting to make one of these tower cards – gotta try it soon – TFS
Thanks Maureen
